Gift replacement

Several months back, MMH gave me a copy of The Bread Bible. It was one of those wonderful, thoughtful gifts that proves how well she knows what I enjoy reading. In fact, it was so dead-on that I already owned a copy (thanks to the long-haired hippy freak)... So today I (finally! such a slacker) took it back to B&N and exchanged it for another book that I've wanted Cookwise. Thank you MMH!
