HR asked “When are you going to Russia and with whom and why?”
When: Late May. As with all my trips, this is dependent on The Big Widget staying in business and having a spare seat when I show up at the gate.
With whom: Loud! Knowing HR, this part of the question was probably purely rhetorical and only included to improve the rhythm of the question.
Why:
1) I’ve never been there.
2) I’ve got the time (and Visa has been generous enough to offer to loan me the $$).
3) The Cajun World Travelers are currently living there and are willing to share their home with us.
I’ll try to blog while I’m there, but I’m making no promises.

Seems like a lot of questions from HR. I don't think our HR even knows when I'm on vacation, let alone where I am or why.
LOL. Sorry, the "H" in HR stands for Happy, not for human.
