Now that's customer service!

My email to NYC Snacks:
Hello--

I was thrilled to receive an NYCSnax bag as a birthday gift from my friend; it even arrived on my birthday. However, I did want to let you know that the Jumbo Croissant included in the package has a little mold on it. According to the USPS package, it was shipped on August 17th and arrived on August 19th.

I'm really enjoying all the other items included in the bag.

I want to apologize for the croissant and I would like to thank you for letting us know about the issue. I would like to assure you that we want all of the items that we include in our bags to be fresh and of the highest quality possible. In order to do so, we buy very small quantities of all of the products directly from local delis and grocers several times a week. We do this not only for quality purposes, but also to ensure that all of the products are authentic NYC.

Customer service is very important to us. I would like to send you something to offer my apologies. If you can send me your shipping address, I will be sure to get a package in the mail tomorrow.
